INGREDIENTS :
1/2 kg of chicken breasts
1/2 cup green onions
1 tablespoon basil
100 grams of cream cheese
2 tablespoons fresh chopped garlic
50 grams of shredded Swiss
60 grams of shredded cheddar cheese
INSTRUCTIONS :
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
Cook chicken and shred into fine chunks.
Add minced garlic to cooking chicken and cook until garlic is browned.
Place remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl, add warm chicken mix and incorporate.
Unroll crescent rolls and cut each triangle in half into 2 triangles.
Lay triangles out on a flat work surface.
Place 1 teaspoon of the chicken mixture in the center of each dough triangle and fold corners over the mixture into the center.
Preheat the oven to 190°C degrees.
Place folded dough pieces onto prepared baking sheet.
Bake for about 14 minutes.
Cool before serving and enjoy.
