1-1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp ginger
Pinch salt
1/2 cup egg whites
1 can pumpkin
1/2 cup fat-free milk
1 scoop vanilla, cinnamon, or pumpkin protein
1 pie crust
Handful of pecans
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine cinnamon, cloves, allspice, ginger, salt, Splenda, and protein in a bowl.
Add eggs, pumpkin, and milk to the bowl and stir.
Pour pumpkin mixture into the pie crust and spread evenly. Arrange pecans on top.
Bake for 45-55 minutes and enjoy.
