Taco dip

INGREDIENTS :
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, diced
1 (to taste) pepper
8 oz bottled taco sauce
1 lb velveeta cheese, cubed
1/4 cup water
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
2 can sliced black olives (2 1/4 oz)

INSTRUCTIONS :
-In a large saucepan, cook beef and onion until cooked through, sprinkle with pepper to taste. Drain.
-Add water, taco sauce and velveeta cheese to pan. Hear over medium heat, stirring frequently, until cheese is melted.
-Stir in tomatoes, green pepper and olives.
-Serve warm with tortilla chips.
