Halloween Meat Loaf

2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
2/3 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 tbsp snipped fresh parsley
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dried sage, basil, or oregano, crushed
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 lb ground beef, lamb, or pork
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tbsp packed brown sugar
1 tsp dry mustard

- Preheat oven to 350°F
-In a large bowl, combine eggs and milk. Beat with wire whisk.
-Stir in bread crumbs, onion, parsley, salt, herb, and pepper.
-Add ground meat. Mix well. Pat lightly into loaf pan.
-Bake for 1-1 1/2 hours or until done. Spoon off fat.
- In a small bowl, combine ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. Spread over mest. Bake 10 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
