INGREDIENTS :
5 or 6 chicken wings
1/2 cup sweet chilli sauce
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons of brown sugar
splash of vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS :
-Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
-Season chicken wings with salt and pepper.
-Place them in the oven and cook for about 45 minutes.
-In a separate saucepan, set heat to medium and add remaining ingredients. Bring to a simmer. Once everything is combined thoroughly, bring to a boil.
-Remove wings from the oven and place in a large bowl.
-Add the sauce over the wings and toss to coat.
-Serve it warm and enjoy.
