Delicious Dish Of Meatloaf And Gravy.


 INGREDIENTS :
Meatloaf :
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup bread morsels
2 lbs lean ground beef
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup finely divided onion
1/4 teaspoon dried leaf thyme
2 beaten eggs
3/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 black pepper

Gravy :
2 cups beef stock
1/2 teaspoon Kitchen Spices
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 Tablespoons butter


INSTRUCTIONS :
-Preheat oven to 180°C degrees.
-Butter a loaf pan.
-Mix up the ground beef, salt, pepper, eggs, bread crumbs, Worcestershire, milk, thyme, onion, and rosemary.
-Pack into loaf pan and place on a baking sheet.
-Chill for about 1 hour to set and cook it for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
-In the meanwhile prepare the gravy.
Melt butter in a medium-sized saucepan.
-Add flour and stir.
-Prepare the flour and butter mixture stirring constantly for about 5 minutes.
-Add the stock and stir with a wire whisk until blended.
-Add milk, thyme, Worcestershire sauce and Kitchen Spices and stir to blend.
-Set flavoring with salt and pepper to your taste and serve over meatloaf.
-You can present this plat with rice and peas.
