INGREDIENTS :
3 boneless chicken breasts
1 garlic clove
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup of soy sauce
1/4 cup apple juice
1/4 teaspoon ginger
2 tablespoons ketchup (optional)
1/3 teaspoon of red pepper flakes ,crushed
ISTRUCTIONS :
-Heat oil in a large skillet.
-Cut chicken breasts into bite size pieces
-Add chicken pieces and cook until lightly browned.
-Remove chicken and add remaining ingredients, heating over medium Heat until well mixed.
-Add chicken and bring to a hard boil.
-Simmer and cook for about 23 minutes.
-Serve over hot rice and sprinkle some sesame over it.
