INGREDIENTS :
3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup strong black coffee (any kind of coffee you have)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt (optional)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of any kind of Black Cocoa
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
INSTRUCTIONS :
-Preheat the oven to 180°C.
-Grease a round baking pan with oil or butter and powder some flour.
-Mix on low in a mixer the sugar, flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt until these ingredients are thoroughly combined.
-Then add eggs, coffee, buttermilk, oil and vanilla.
-Mix on medium speed for 2 minutes the mixture until it becomes thin.
-Cast batter evenly into prepared pans.
-Bake for about 35 minutes for round pans.
-Cool 10 minutes, remove from pans to wire racks.
-Freeze the cake as required.
-decorate with strawberry or chocolate cream
