Leftover Ham & Cabbage Casserole

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 large onion, sliced
3 cups cabbage, thinly sliced
8 small potatoes, scrubbed and quartered
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
1⁄2 cup white wine
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon dried parsley
2 1⁄2 cups ham, cubed

Instructions:
Sauté the onion & cabbage in the melted butter, stir fry until translucent. Add potatoes, garlic, wine salt & pepper, stir.
Add parsley & ham, mix well, cover. Simmer 20 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. Serve.
