Fish Tacos

Ingredients :
1lb halibut fillets
8 tortillas
2 cups leaf lettuce, cut thin
1 large tomato, diced
1/4 cup red onion, diced
2 Tablespoons oil

Marinade
2 teaspoons taco seasoning
2 Tablespoons vinegar
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon honey

Sauce
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon chili sauce
juice of 1 lemon
1/8 teaspoon salt

Method :
-Preheat oven to 200 degrees F.
-Cut fish into large bite sized pieces.
-In a medium sized bowl, combine taco seasoning, lemon, honey and vinegar and mix well.
-Add fish and toss to coat. Let marinate 20 minutes.
-Heat oil in a large skillet to medium high heat.
-Add fish and saut� for about five minutes or until done.
-In a medium sized bowl, combine cut up letuce, tomatoes and onions.
-In a separate bowl, stir together sour cream, lemon juice, chili sauce and salt.
-Heat tortillas in oven until warmed and soft.
-Equally divide fish and place on warmed tortillas, Scoop vegetables onto fish.
-Top with some dressing.
-Fold or roll up tortillas eat.
