Ingredients :
1 lb pasta (bowtie)

1oz Parmesan Cheese
Salt
1/2 cup veggie oil

Directions :
Boil the pasta with a handful of salt - Cook Halfway then drain
Working in batches, transfer some bowties into a skillet with about 1/2 cup hot vegetable oil.
When they are golden - remove from the pan and toss with salt, lemon, and Parmesan. Repeat until they're all done :)
