Ingredients :
3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup strong black coffee (any kind of coffee you have)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt (optional)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of any kind of Black Cocoa
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Method :
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Grease a round baking pan with oil or butter and powder some flour.
Mix on low in a mixer the sugar, flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt until these ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Then add eggs, coffee, buttermilk, oil and vanilla.
Mix on medium speed for 2 minutes the mixture until it becomes thin.
Cast batter evenly into prepared pans.
Bake for about 35 minutes for round pans.
Cool 10 minutes, remove from pans to wire racks.
Freeze the cake as required.
