*mix oil and sugar until well blended. Then add eggs and vanilla and mix. Fold in rest of ingredients until well incorporated. Pour in greased small baking dish (9x13) and bake at 160deg for 20min (must be wobbly in the centre when done). You might have to leave it 5 minutes more depending on how your oven works. This recipe makes 4-6 squares depending on the size you cut it. Serve with ice cream or fresh cream. (Shanaaz Ahmod)
I added ½ cup of chopped cadburys chocolate and if you want to add chopped pecans, then just had ¼ cup chopped choc and ¼ cup pecans. I just mixed all ing with a spoon, u don't need to use a mixer for this recipe.
